Both these generations seek rapid career growth, development opportunities, and good pay, with the Z generation also prioritizing social engagement, environmental sustainability, and income sustainability.

Our consultancy services aim to assist particularly those people aspiring to work in international organizations and the Third Sector, or those seeking to improve their career within these sectors. We are equally fully ready to assist and support those who pursue a different career. Our services cover, among others, career guidance and orienteering, tools and skills development, job search and application strategies, and interview preparation, with options to combine services as needed through scheduled hour-long sessions to address diverse needs.
